The Space

This is not a glossy, modern design apartment – it has a simple, lived-in charm with elements from different eras. First of all created for own comfort.
Many creative guests appreciate its grounded, non-distracting presence.

Loomepaik is part of a peaceful seaside apartment building where most homes are used only in summer. The surroundings are quiet and still, with no interaction with neighbours.

Standard Rates

€250/week

€850/month

Minimum stay 1 week, maximum by agreement.
Discount 10% will apply for 2+ weeks.
Utilities (water, heating, electricity and wifi), bed linen and towels are included.
Price is per 1 person, every additional person (max 4 people in total) adds 50 EUR/per person a week.

Final price will be confirmed after booking request.

Winter Launch Rate

€200/week

€680/month

Launch price is valid for bookings made before 30th of November 2025

Your creative stay can last until 30th of April 2026
